Job summary

MacLean-Fogg is hiring an Operations Manager for our Whitewater, WI manufacturing facility. You will lead day-to-day operations, develop and improve manufacturing processes, and drive safe, efficient production while supporting quality, cost, and delivery goals.

You will manage staffing, schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6+ years in manufacturing/ops.
• Experience leading production teams and driving improvements.
• Lean manufacturing experience and focus on efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations with focus on production efficiency, quality, safety, cost savings, and facility performance.
• Develop and manage manufacturing plans and production schedules balancing demand and capacity.
• Identify and implement best practices to reduce lead time, improve productivity and costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align activities with goals.
• Establish, monitor and enforce quality standards for compliance.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Track and report vendor performance to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Manage staffing, develop team members, and promote 5S and continuous improvement.
