Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers within the department.
• Ensure production work is completed timely and efficiently.
• Assist workers with tasks such as grinding, assembly, welding, painting, and material handling as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate operations with other leads and managers to optimize workflow.
• Mentor and train new employees on procedures and safety.
