Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Prior leadership role such as lead person, supervisor, or trainee preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production and maintenance activities to meet goals and customer needs.
• Communicate priorities with foremen and team members to align resources.
• Create team assignments and communicate expectations for efficient workflow.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and workforce capacity; adjust as needed.
• Ensure quality standards across production processes.
• Train and support new employees on safety and job responsibilities.
• Coach employees through one-on-one discussions and development opportunities.
• Promote workplace safety through training and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate employee records and participate in safety initiatives.
