• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Ability to interpret MI and SOPs to drive consistent quality.
• Proven analytical skills with metrics-driven approach.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English for team communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily manufacturing workflows to maximize throughput and on-time delivery.
• Design and execute strategic production schedules to optimize resources and equipment uptime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics.
• Mentor staff and ensure quality assurance protocols.
• Maintain GMP and safety standards across production lines.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to align supply chain needs.
• Oversee laminators, coaters, slitters, and sheeters to maintain output quality.
