Job summary

Aluma--form in Memphis, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will manage a multi-skilled team, coordinate with production scheduling, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to implement 5S and process controls. Experience in manufacturing environments and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small groups to drive improvement ideas.
• Experience developing and coaching multi-skilled people.
• Extensive knowledge of processes and procedures in assigned areas.
• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• 3 years working in a manufacturing production environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure people and resources are applied efficiently to meet delivery requirements with quality and safety standards.
• Ensure team follows defined manufacturing procedures and complies with quality requirements.
• Maintain 5S practices at all times.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Maintain records and identify non-conforming material.
• Escalate quality concerns per procedure.
• Achieve production throughput against capacity targets.
• Oversee line set-ups and first piece buyoffs.
• Monitor safety equipment and drive training and development.
