Qualifications

  • Experience leading small groups to drive improvement ideas.
  • Experience developing (multi-skilled) people.
  • Extensive knowledge of processes and procedures in assigned areas.
  • Minimum 1 year related experience.
  • 3 years working in a manufacturing production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient use of people and resources to meet delivery requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure team follows defined manufacturing procedures and quality requirements.
  • Maintain 5S practices at all times.
  • Ensure equipment is within calibration date and systems are functioning correctly.
  • Prepare line set-ups for shifts, including first piece buyoffs.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage work order closures and stock control transactions.
  • Support health & safety regulations and company policies.
