Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in management, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document quality checks on high-importance orders; report deviations to Quality Supervisor.
• Create and distribute defined quality reports and QC forms for high-importance orders.
• Process customer returns and reworks; inspectReturned product and report findings to Quality leadership.
• Support quality, environmental health, and sustainability initiatives as directed by the Director of Health and Safety.
• Understand and support operations by working closely with production staff.
• Notify Director of Health and Safety about compliance or policy concerns promptly.
• Assist ensuring compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.
• Assist in compiling accident reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in Health and Safety program implementation to prevent unsafe conditions.
• Participate in cross-training with production tasks.
• Handle confidential information per Privacy Standards and Company policies.
