Job summary

Kraft Group LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support production quality, health, safety, and sustainability efforts. The role reports to the Director of Health and Safety and assists the broader department and production staff with daily tasks.

Key duties include documenting quality checks, generating reports, handling returns and reworks, and aiding in safety program implementation. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred in management or manufacturing.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing experience; paper/packaging preferred.
• Must be able to travel to other sites as needed.
• Must spend most time in the plant with operators and vendors.
• Must influence others to achieve results.
• Must think critically and solve problems.
• Must learn new tasks and work independently.
• Must meet productivity quotas and follow protocols.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document quality checks on high-importance orders.
• Create and distribute defined quality reports for QA.
• Assist with processing customer returns and reworks.
• Support quality, environmental health, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with production staff to understand operations processes.
• Inform Health and Safety Director of compliance concerns.
• Assist in ensuring federal and state regulatory compliance.
• Help compile accident reports and safety program implementation.
• Participate in cross-training with production tasks.
• Handle confidential information per company policies.
• Complete special projects as needed.
