Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support production, quality, environmental health, and sustainability efforts under the Director of Health and Safety.

You will perform quality checks on high-importance orders, prepare reports, assist with returns and reworks, and help implement the Health and Safety program. The role requires detail orientation, teamwork with plant staff, and the ability to follow established protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates/Bachelor’s degree in management, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; paper/packaging experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel to other sites and regions as needed.
• Must be able to spend most time in the plant with operators, maintenance, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document quality checks on high-importance orders and report issues to the Quality Supervisor.
• Create and distribute defined quality reports and forms for high-importance orders.
• Assist in processing customer returns and reworks including inspection and reporting findings.
• Support quality, environmental health, and sustainability initiatives as directed by the Director of Health and Safety.
• Understand and support operations by working closely with production staff.
• Inform the Director of Health and Safety of compliance or policy concerns.
