RR Donnelley is seeking a warehouse operations associate at Kirk Rd to coordinate assigned manufacturing tasks, maximize productivity, and minimize costs. The role involves handling laminator equipment, auditing processes, and maintaining production records in a climate-controlled environment.

You will ensure safety, manage material flow, and provide timely information to multiple departments while training others in lean methods. English performance and physical readiness are required.

Formación

• Read specifications and identify correct parts for orders.
• Knowledge of packing procedures, equipment, and warehouse basics.
• Understand shipping documents and how to follow procedures.
• Complete manual and computerized forms with stock and shipping details.
• Basic arithmetic for size/volume calculations.
• Assemble standard shipping boxes and secure contents.
• Read and interpret Monarch job tickets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; English proficiency required.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience in manufacturing or printing environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate laminator and small equipment.
• Follow all processes and tasks for production.
• Audit processes to ensure specs are met.
• Maintain daily production records and reports.
• Enforce safety procedures for all employees.
• Assist in receiving and organizing materials for kitting area.
• Track and expedite material flow according to schedule.

• Data entry, reporting, and responding to data requests; document items in warehouse programs.
• Train others in new processes and lean methodologies.
