Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Manufacturing Production Partner I to join its Texas plant teams. You will support self-manufactured product processes and operate basic equipment while assisting with material handling to ensure efficient production.

The role emphasizes safety training, documentation in QMS, and teamwork across shifts. A HS diploma and basic math/PC skills are required, with the ability to lift and move items as needed.

Qualifications

• Certification in Team Skills is required.
• Knowledge / understanding of QES standards is required.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Bi-lingual language skills are valued.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to operate machines or equipment at a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Maintains total process ownership (TPO) to ensure optimum condition of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Performs basic product handling to convert raw material into finished goods (e.g., moving, weighing, packaging, stacking, operating a metal detector).
• Completes / applies safety- and environmental-related training.
• Applies basic knowledge of / completes Mfg system (QMS) documentation.
• Assists with preparing / loading production materials.
• Checks for accuracy of product.
• Maintains Mfg processes and equipment in optimum condition.
• Machine operation may include basic operation of scales, metal detector, headspace analyzer, gas flushing equipment, and other basic printing equipment.
