Role involves shipping preparation, palletizing, and occasional forklift operation, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. Excellent teamwork and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge / basic understanding of equipment assembly and disassembly.
• Understanding of QES standards.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Math, reading and writing skills.
• PC literacy.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Operate machines/equipment at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Maintains total process ownership to ensure optimum condition of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Performs product handling to convert raw material into finished goods.
• Assists with loading production materials and checks for accuracy of product.
• Packs finished goods for shipment and palletizes with proper tie height.
