Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Manufacturing Production Partner I to join the operations team. You will participate in all stages of producing self-manufactured goods, from handling raw materials to final packaging, while maintaining equipment and process conditions for optimal output.

You will complete safety training, apply quality and Mfg system documentation, and assist with loading materials and shipping finished products. Teamwork and basic math/PC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bi-lingual language skills a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and communicate effectively.
• Basic math and literacy for instructions and data entry.
• Proficiency with basic PC skills and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains total process ownership to ensure optimal condition of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Performs basic product handling to convert raw material into finished goods.
• Completes safety and environmental training and applies Mfg system documentation.
• Loads production materials and checks for accuracy of product.
• Packs finished goods into shipping units and palletizes securely.
