Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Manufacturing Production Specialist to join its operations team. You will help convert raw materials into finished goods, ensure production stays on schedule, and support a range of processing activities from meat cutting to pasteurization.

The role requires hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to shift demands across bakery, ice cream, and other production areas.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced working knowledge of equipment assembly and disassembly.
• Advanced knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and automated cleaning.
• Knowledge of retail meat specifications, ice cream processing, pasteurization, milk pasteurizing/bi-product processing, and cheese processing.
• Bi-lingual language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains total process ownership (TPO) to ensure optimum condition of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Performs product handling to convert raw material into finished goods with Level III skills.
• Assists with preparing/loading production materials; ensures production stays on schedule.
• May change production for rush orders; operate various machines and equipment as needed per plant requirements.
• Mentors/trains lower-level Partners and provides technical assistance as required.
