Job summary

CandyCo’s Continuous Improvement team in Utah seeks a hands-on CI Engineer to drive operational excellence across the Lindon 3 site. You will define the CI strategy, coach site leaders, and lead change management initiatives while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You will partner with site leaders and other CI engineers to develop lean capabilities, deliver measurable savings, and build audit-ready metrics and health checks across the program.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in CI & process improvement
• Lean, TPM, or Black Belt Six Sigma preferred
• Strong communication and integrity are essential
• Safety-minded with leadership and organizational skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages the CI Program at Lindon 3 site ensuring change adoption and results
• Partners with Site Leaders and VP Operations to develop lean principles
• Leads problem-solving and countermeasures across the CI program
• Drives safety, quality, and waste reduction improvements
• Develops metrics and reports to drive action and change
• Conducts regular audits and health checks of the CI Program
