Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Specialist to base at our Aurora, CO facility. You will drive Lean initiatives, implement CI projects, and foster a continuous improvement culture in a fast-growing dessert company.

Responsibilities include leading standardized work, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to enhance processes and reduce waste. Engineering degree and 3+ years Lean/CI experience required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in Industrial or Process engineering.
• 3+ years applying Lean and Continuous Improvement in manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate across all organizational levels and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation toward a Lean Operating System across the company.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
• Institute Standardized Work, Problem Solving, and Pull Systems.
• Engage workforce at all levels to drive change and sustain results.
• Coach managers, supervisors, leads, and operators in Lean fundamentals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to reduce waste.
