Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive the plant’s CI roadmap and execute cross‑functional initiatives. You will mentor leaders and frontline teams to strengthen problem‑solving capabilities and sustain gains.

The role partners with the Site GM to embed CI into planning and daily management, delivering measurable improvements across quality, delivery, and safety. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in manufacturing operations, 3+ years in CI, and Lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is strongly preferred.
• MBA or MS is a plus for advanced roles.
• Experience deploying Lean/Six Sigma with measurable business impact.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and large‑scale change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead site CI roadmap aligned with objectives and regional/global CI strategy.
• Drive cross-functional CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and related methods.
• Coach leaders and frontline employees to build CI capability and problem‑solving culture.
• Analyze Lean Maturity Assessment results, identify gaps, and implement targeted actions.
• Oversee CI project pipeline, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Partner with Site GM to integrate CI into annual planning and daily management systems.
• Communicate CI progress to stakeholders and align across regions.
• Collaborate with regional/global CI networks to share best practices.
