Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Operating Technician - Bindery. We will train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and produce books, catalogs, and printed materials. 3 positions are available to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

You’ll learn setup, operation, and maintenance of the machine, troubleshoot minor issues, and record production data. Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and eager to improve productivity.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED.
Experience operating machinery in any industry.
Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

Set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
Interpret work instructions and record production data accurately.
Exercise initiative and look for ways to improve productivity.

We're hiring 3 team members ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

What You'll Do

Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
Learn to interpret the information on work instructions and accurately record production data.
Exercise initiative, ask questions and look for ways of improving productivity.

It's a Plus If You Have

Print, bindery, or finishing experience
Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

On your feet for most of the shift.
Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor.
Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
