Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Operating Technician - Bindery. We will train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and produce books, catalogs, and printed materials. 3 positions are available to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

You’ll learn setup, operation, and maintenance of the machine, troubleshoot minor issues, and record production data. Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and eager to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
• Interpret work instructions and record production data accurately.
• Exercise initiative and look for ways to improve productivity.
