Farmer Focus is seeking an Onboarding Trainer to mentor new team members and acclimate them to our production processes at the Acorn facility. You will train staff on knowledge, skills, and responsibilities during the 60‑day probationary period, collaborating with Operations, Safety, and department leads.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience relevant to the role.
• Strong communication in English, Spanish, and/or French.
• Experience leading or supporting training initiatives in manufacturing/production/operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on training in assigned departments for new hires in production.
• Spend about 70% of time on hands-on training and support in production areas.
• Monitor new hires and set clear expectations for proper techniques.
• Demonstrate and coach proper job execution in departments.
• Assist Orientation Trainer during new hire orientation week.
• Support onboarding activities and documentation, with 30% time allocated.
• Check in with new hires at 2-, 4-, and 7-week marks.
• Conduct weekly check-ins and evaluations to track progress.
• Analyze processes to identify training needs and improvements.
• Communicate concerns to leads and supervisors.
