Abimar Foods is seeking a Workforce Training and Retention Coordinator to support onboarding, integration, engagement, and early retention of entry-level manufacturing staff within the plant. You will partner with production teams and HR to reduce early turnover, deliver structured training in the first days and weeks, and maintain a strong floor presence across shifts to improve employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; manufacturing/HR onboarding experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Comfortable on a fast-paced 24/7 production floor.

Aufgaben

• New Hire Integration, Training & Support: assist onboarding and plant integration; provide basic operation training; conduct structured follow-ups at 24h, 1w, 30d, 90d.
• Early Retention Management: identify disengagement or turnover risk; escalate to HR/operations; support leadership in improving retention.
• Workforce Insights & Analysis: conduct stay interviews and exit conversations; analyze turnover by shift, line, supervisor, department, tenure; provide actionable insights.
• Operational Partnership: partner with Production Supervisors, Lead Operators, HR, and Training; maintain floor presence and support workforce initiatives.
