Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience in manufacturing, HR support, onboarding, or employee relations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Hire Integration, Training & Support: Welcome and support new employees during onboarding and plant integration; provide basic operation training; conduct structured follow-ups at 24 hours, 1 week, 30 days, and 90 days; help new hires adapt to plant expectations and culture; build trust with entry-level employees.
• Early Retention Management: Identify disengagement or turnover risk; escalate concerns to HR and operations leadership; support supervisors in improving retention.
• Workforce Insights & Analysis: Conduct stay interviews and exit conversations; analyze turnover by shift, line, supervisor, department, and tenure; provide actionable recommendations.
• Operational Partnership: Work closely with Production Supervisors, Lead Operators, HR, and Training teams; maintain floor presence; support workforce engagement initiatives.
