Job summary

Flexcraft is seeking a Material Handler – Manufacturing in New Jersey to support production on a 12-hour shift cycle. You will ensure materials are available, operate basic equipment, and help with changeovers to keep lines running efficiently.

This hands-on role offers a predictable 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off, overtime as needed, and a clear path to grow within a family-owned manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic equipment like pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Keep machines supplied with raw materials to prevent downtime.
• Scan materials and move finished goods to correct locations.
• Monitor blenders, grinders, and equipment and report issues.
• Support changeovers and startup preparation.
• Perform line clearances and verify materials.
• Move finished products to staging and prepare for shipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow FIFO, GMP, and standard work instructions.

$20.00-$23.00/hr (+ $3/ hour night Shift Differential)
