Job summary

Flexcraft is seeking an Inspector Packer for a full-time role in Neptune City, NJ. The position offers 12-hour shifts with a three-day weekend on a set schedule and a $3 per hour shift differential.

You will inspect parts off the line, trim, assemble as needed, and pack finished goods while monitoring machine performance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing, strong reliability, and the ability to lift 15–20 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or production work.
• Able to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Able to lift 15–20 lbs.
• Can follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Reliable and shows up ready to work.
• Nice to have: Plastics or machine operator experience

Responsibilities

• Check parts coming off machines for defects.
• Trim and clean up plastic parts as needed.
• Put parts together if needed.
• Pack finished products into boxes or totes.
• Watch machines and report problems.
• Track basic production and quality information.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards (ISO 9001)

Salary Range: $17.00 To $19.35 Hourly

$17.00–$19.35/hr + $3 Shift Differential
