Job summary

Bradycorp in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Master Data to establish part configurations and manufacturing standards for new product offerings. You will work closely with R&D to build SAP data for stock and define planning rules for custom parts.

The role involves managing ECOs/ACOs, leading technicians and hourly associates, creating AutoCAD layouts, and developing standard work. You will drive continuous improvement and training within the Master Data team and lead

Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Experience leading technicians/hourly associates.
Ability to establish manufacturing standards with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Establish part configuration and manufacturing standards for new product offerings.
Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Add/Change/Obsolete requests (ACOs).
Create finished good and tooling drawing layouts in AutoCAD.
Provide leadership to associates to promote participation in process development.
Ensure smooth production flow.
Document and implement standard work for Master Data.
Support continuous improvement in Master Data.
Develop training systems and support documentation.
Lead projects in assigned areas of manufacturing.
Other duties as assigned.
