Job summary

Bradycorp is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to advance manufacturing processes and resolve complex process issues. You will provide leadership and guidance to technicians and hourly associates to foster participation in process improvements.

The role emphasizes deploying new processes, ensuring smooth production flow and supporting product qualification, FMEA analyses, and the development of procedures for assembling, testing, packaging, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Influences key associates to promote participation and cooperation in process development/improvement initiatives.
• Ensures conformance with and application of policies and procedures.
• Specifies, deploys and validates new manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Creates new engineered to order parts and coordinates with customer service.
• Responsible for smooth product production/constant production flow.
• Responsible for product qualification processes.
• Conducts product and process FMEA analysis.
• Create, document and implement procedures for assembling, testing and packaging processes.
• Re-engineers operations and manufacturing processes.
• Specifies, installs and debugs tooling and new capital equipment.
• Specifies, evaluates and implements automated systems for inspection, manufacturing and data acquisition.
• Responsible for continuous improvement activities.
• Develops training systems and support documentation for associates.
• Collaborates with new product development engineers manufacturing strategies for new parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
