This position is located at our Plant 3, Whitehall Casting Operation.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Follow safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
  2. Ensure OEE, production value, daily shipment targets, and profitability.
  3. Improve manufacturing planning, execution, and discipline.
  4. Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and identify waste reduction opportunities.
  5. Develop and train team members for growth.
  6. Address safety issues promptly and promote injury-free events.
  7. Manage budgets and maintain good customer relations.
  8. Align strategic plans with plant and business unit objectives.
  9. Drive cost reductions and improve delivery performance.
  10. Implement continuous improvement and constraint management techniques.
  11. Collaborate with engineering to improve processes and quality.
  12. Lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 7+ years leadership experience, including 3 as a supervisor.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Business or Engineering.
  • Experience in investment casting or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, technical, analytical, and financial skills.
  • Experience with tooling, molds, dies, and lean practices.
