This position will be located in our Plant 5, Hot Isostatic Press (HIP) Operation.

Job Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leadership in manufacturing excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in plant metrics such as quality, productivity, cycle time, and delivery. Provides direction to hourly and support staff.

  • Follow safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
  • Manage OEE, production value, shipment targets, profit, and revenue.
  • Improve manufacturing planning, shop floor discipline, and implement lean initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to eliminate waste, improve product flow, and reduce labor content.
  • Develop and train team leaders and support personnel.
  • Address safety issues promptly and promote injury-free events.
  • Manage department budgets and maintain good customer relations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, goal setting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery performance, conduct capacity analysis, and drive cost reductions.
  • Apply lean tools, manage constraints, and lead process improvements.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 7+ years leadership experience, including 3 years as a supervisor.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business or Engineering.
  • Experience in investment casting or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills; results-driven; financial literacy; experience with tooling and molds is a plus.
