Job summary

IPG is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals are met. You will guide department supervisors, drive continuous improvement and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with site and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related technical field.
3+ years in a manufacturing or plant leadership role.
Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience with lean six sigma and IPS is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily plant operations to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
Lead and develop department supervisors; assign workloads and supervise performance.
Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction and efficiency initiatives.
Monitor metrics, manage resources and budgets, plan maintenance.
Collaborate across departments to support site objectives and compliance.
