Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage heavy workload in a busy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Lead department supervisors, assign workloads and monitor performance.
• Develop and prioritize manufacturing plans to achieve service and efficiency targets.
• Support continuous improvement and waste reduction projects across the plant.
• Ensure alignment with site and corporate metrics and strategies.
