Job summary
Jobot in Camarillo, CA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our electronics and servo drive production facility. You will oversee production scheduling, ensure safety and quality, and mentor Supervisors and Operators to meet aggressive delivery and efficiency goals.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field, 3+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of Lean, ERP/MRP, and continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors and production personnel
- Experience with electronic assembly, testing processes, and production control systems
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations within electronics and servo drive production facility
- Provide leadership to Production Supervisors, Operational Area Leads, and Manufacturing Operators
- Own manufacturing execution, production capacity, labor utilization, and departmental performance metrics
