Jobot in Camarillo, CA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our electronics and servo drive production facility. You will oversee production scheduling, ensure safety and quality, and mentor Supervisors and Operators to meet aggressive delivery and efficiency goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field, 3+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of Lean, ERP/MRP, and continuous improvement practices.

Job Details

This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-time execution of the production schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, and employee engagement. Will provide leadership and direction to Production Supervisors, Operational Area Leads, and Manufacturing Operators, ensuring manufacturing objectives are achieved through effective planning, workforce development, performance management, and continuous improvement. This role serves as the primary owner of manufacturing execution, production capacity, labor utilization, and departmental performance metrics. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader with a strong background in manufacturing, team development, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing supervisors, leads, and production personnel (strong coaching and performance mgmt. exp. is ideal)
• Knowledge of electronic assembly, testing processes, manufacturing operations, and production control systems.
• Demonstrated success executing production schedules and meeting customer delivery commitments.
• Proven experience hiring, developing, coaching, and leading manufacturing teams.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, process control, and manufacturing best practices.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing reporting tools.
