Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in Riverside, California. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, production efficiency, on-time delivery, and cost performance while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing leadership background, can communicate in English and Spanish, and will drive productivity and process improvements through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience using ERP/MRP in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, production, delivery, and cost objectives.
Coach and develop supervisors and production personnel.
Ensure schedules meet customer commitments.
Monitor KPIs and drive productivity improvements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools as applicable.
