Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of related professional experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, or Operations.
• Experience leading personnel in a DoD or aerospace environment.
• Experience in development or prototype manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing and test operations.
• Support development of manufacturing readiness roadmaps.
• Own the facility CAPEX budget.
