Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Manager in Reno, Nevada to lead manufacturing operations through a transition from production to development programs in support of DoD propulsion systems. The role involves supervising technicians, managing testing operations, and adapting processes to support early-stage hardware builds.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) to twelve (12) years of related professional experience in Manufacturing or relevant discipline.
• Experience leading manufacturing personnel in a DoD or aerospace environment.
• Proficiency with AS9100, AS9102, and/or ISO 9001 quality management standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing and test operations.
• Support development of manufacturing readiness roadmaps.
• Supervise technicians and manufacturing staff.
