Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in machining operations supervisory or management role.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Must be a team player and willing to complete professional development goals.
• Proficient with ERP systems and tool control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules and planning.
• Supervise machinist personnel and conduct performance reviews.
• Direct machining oversight including CNC programs and operators.
• Coordinate maintenance, tooling, materials purchasing and tool crib controls.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support RFQs, labor estimates and part quoting with cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to safety policies and corporate procedures.
