Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering is seeking an Industrial Machine Shop Maintenance professional to support daily manufacturing operations, including installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery throughout the facility. The role emphasizes safety and proactive maintenance on the shop floor.

Qualifications include experience in a manufacturing maintenance/technical role, preferred CNC and CAD experience, and strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC machines and CAD preferred.
• Safety-focused with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment as needed.
• Maintain safe shop environment and participate in safety program.
• Establish preventive maintenance program for machinery and facilities.
• Perform building maintenance (lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting).
• Maintain exterior areas including parking lot and dock.
