Job summary

Executive Alliance is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer with CNC programming to design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes in our New York operation. The role focuses on quality control, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve production issues.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field, 3+ years in manufacturing, strong CNC programming skills, and proficiency in CAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in CNC programming.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.
