ADDMAN in New York is seeking an Industrial / CNC Maintenance Technician I to support maintenance of CNC machines and production equipment. You will learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while helping maintain safe, reliable manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Vocational/technical training in maintenance preferred.
• 0–2 years in industrial maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Replace worn machine components and lubricants as needed.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS accurately.
• Assist with machine installations, moves, and upgrades.
• Maintain facility systems and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Collaborate with production to identify equipment concerns.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects.
