Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead day-to-day shop operations, oversee CNC and manual machining, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will mentor machinists, coordinate with engineering and maintenance, and report to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include scheduling, KPI development, lean initiatives, and RFQ support. A strong background in machining supervision and process improvement is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in machining operations supervisory or management roles.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s in manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred — or equivalent shop experience.
• Must be a team player and willing to pursue professional development goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to hit delivery targets.
• Supervise and mentor machinist personnel and conduct performance reviews.
