Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Manager in Camarillo, CA to lead daily electronics manufacturing operations. You will own the production schedule, capacity planning, and labor utilization to ensure safe, on-time assembly of products.

You will drive performance through KPI management, Lean initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams. Leadership experience and deep knowledge of electronics manufacturing are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience in electronics
• 3+ years of leadership experience supervising teams
• Strong knowledge of electronics assembly, testing, and production control
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar
• Proven ability to meet schedules, delivery and KPI targets
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and reporting tools
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and process controls
• Experience hiring, coaching and developing teams
• Degree preferred in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience in automation, power electronics or high-mix/low-volume environments is a plus

What You Need for this Position

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience within an electronics manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, leads, and production personnel
• Strong knowledge of electronic assembly, testing processes, manufacturing operations, and production control systems
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated success meeting production schedules, customer delivery commitments, and operational KPIs
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing reporting tools
• Strong understanding of quality systems, ISO 9001 standards, process controls, and manufacturing best practices
• Experience hiring, developing, coaching, and leading manufacturing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in industrial automation, power electronics, motion control, servo drives, or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments is a plus
