Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Manager in Camarillo, CA to lead daily electronics manufacturing operations. You will own the production schedule, capacity planning, and labor utilization to ensure safe, on-time assembly of products.

You will drive performance through KPI management, Lean initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams. Leadership experience and deep knowledge of electronics manufacturing are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience in electronics
• 3+ years of leadership experience supervising teams
• Strong knowledge of electronics assembly, testing, and production control
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar
• Proven ability to meet schedules, delivery and KPI targets
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and reporting tools
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and process controls
• Experience hiring, coaching and developing teams
• Degree preferred in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience in automation, power electronics or high-mix/low-volume environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, on-time production of electronic assemblies and related products.
• Own production schedule execution, capacity planning, labor utilization, and manufacturing performance.
• Develop supervisors, leads, and production personnel.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI management and Lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
