Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Hands-On Production & Tooling) for City of Industry, CA. This role drives process improvements on the shop floor to boost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience.
• Hands-on experience designing tooling, fixtures, machinery, or equipment modifications.
• Experience analyzing production data and implementing process improvements.
• Root Cause Analysis experience.
• Strong shop-floor presence and collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, and Production teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production, maintenance, and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Design and modify machinery, tooling, fixtures, and equipment using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for waste reduction, productivity improvements, and cost savings.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for manufacturing and equipment issues.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
• Work directly on the production floor to troubleshoot problems, support projects, and improve manufacturing performance.

Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Hands-On Production & Tooling)

Location: City of Industry, CA (91744)

Salary Pay: $95,000 - $115,000

Schedule: Mon--Fri---8AM - 5PM

What You Will Be Doing

What You Will Need For This Job

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience
• Hands-on experience designing tooling, fixtures, machinery, or equipment modifications
• Experience analyzing production data and implementing process improvements
• Root Cause Analysis experience
• Strong shop-floor presence and ability to collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Production teams

Preferred

• Machining or machine shop experience
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Continuous Improvement project leadership
• ERP or manufacturing systems experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar field
