Job summary

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and coordinate daily manufacturing activities. You will lead the shift, plan production, train staff, and maintain quality and safety standards to meet customer demands.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, English fluency, and strong ERP/MRP knowledge. The position is on-site in Minnesota with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Computer literate with MS Office and ERP/MRP knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP functions and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across the shift to maintain production and quality.
• Plan, organize, and schedule production activities for standard and development work.
• Coordinate hiring and training of new employees and track training status.
• Lead cross training and job rotations; supervise performance.
• Submit performance reports and determine merit increases by performance.
• Communicate team performance to staff and management.
• Ensure materials and systems minimize downtime and improve yields.
• Develop knowledge of processes and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Drive safety, quality, and reliability improvements in the production area.
