Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing equipment. You will support facilities and structures on site and must work safely in a fast-paced environment in both covered and open areas.

The role requires at least 3 years in maintenance with manufacturing, PLC experience, and the ability to read schematics. You will use a range of tools and collaborate with a team to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in maintenance/electrician roles, 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLCs and ability to read schematics.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair equipment and machines.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical problems using blueprints.
• Use hand and power tools to repair and adjust parts.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, and replace filters.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance for smooth operation.
• Dismantle equipment to access defective parts safely.
• Work independently and in a team toward goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
