Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing equipment across our Ohio facilities. You’ll diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, read schematics, and use hand and power tools to keep machines running safely and efficiently.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years in maintenance/electrician work within manufacturing, ability to lift up to 65 lbs, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance/electrician experience, with at least two years in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLCs and ability to read schematics.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Familiarity with safety programs, lock-out/tag-out, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair equipment and electrical components as assigned.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical problems using manuals and schematics.
• Operate hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, and replace parts.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluids, and replace filters as needed.
