Jobot seeks a General Maintenance Supervisor to lead our manufacturing maintenance team. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment diagnostics, and ensuring safe, efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong welding, PLC, electrical, and hydraulic skills, plus OSHA knowledge and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Experience with welding, PLC programming, industrial electrical systems, and hydraulic maintenance.
• Understanding of OSHA guidelines and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
• Good time management and prioritization to complete tasks.
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• A relevant technical qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep machines and building systems running smoothly.
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and consult blueprints or manuals as needed.
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical components, piping, or equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify signs of malfunction.
• Apply OSHA safety guidelines and company safety policies.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and handling equipment effectively.
• Participate in continuous improvement and learn new technologies to improve production.
