Job summary
Tremron Group in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep automated production lines running smoothly.
You will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems, read schematics, perform light welding, weld fabrication, and support facility maintenance with CMMS software; workplace safety is emphasized.
Two years’ experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician.
- Minimum two years maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
- Work in a dusty, climate-controlled, industrial environment.
- Experience with CMMS software.
Responsibilities
- Maintain automated machinery.
- Inspect, repair, and perform maintenance on manufacturing machinery (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor systems).
- Read schematics, blueprints, and use a voltage meter to verify 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, relays, and motors (including 480V).
- Light welding and fabrication of machine parts (Stick or MIG).
- Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
- Assist with building, grounds, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
