Job summary

Tremron Group in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep automated production lines running smoothly.

You will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems, read schematics, perform light welding, weld fabrication, and support facility maintenance with CMMS software; workplace safety is emphasized.

Two years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician.
• Minimum two years maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Work in a dusty, climate-controlled, industrial environment.
• Experience with CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated machinery.
• Inspect, repair, and perform maintenance on manufacturing machinery (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor systems).
• Read schematics, blueprints, and use a voltage meter to verify 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, relays, and motors (including 480V).
• Light welding and fabrication of machine parts (Stick or MIG).
• Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility.

About the Role

As a ManufacturingMaintenance Technician with Tremronyou are responsible for:

• The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
• Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
• Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)
• Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)
• Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)
• Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
• Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
• (We also would be looking for someone with working experience using a CMMS Software System.)
