Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Team Leader (Maintenance) to coordinate daily technician activities, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement across the plant. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure accurate records while supporting production needs.

The role requires experience with electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and process diagrams. Strong English communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years related experience and/or training.
• Experience in 480-volt 3 phase electricity required.
• Capable of installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC; AC/DC drive motors preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, confined space entry and hot work permit.
• Reading and interpreting technical documents including schematics and P&ID diagrams.
• Fluent in English reading/writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily technician activities and lead troubleshooting efforts.
• Mentor and train new maintenance technicians.
• Perform preventive maintenance and audits.
• Respond to service calls for production needs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
• Participate in planning meetings and drive process improvements.
• Potential back-up for planning and scheduling functions.
